AI Risk Prediction

Predicting Risk of Post-Operative Morbidity and Mortality

Developing machine learning algorithms to predict post-operative outcomes, enabling personalised surgical risk assessment for gynaecological oncology patients.

Join Our Global Network

Any centre performing gynaecological oncology surgeries can participate. Contribute to groundbreaking research while gaining access to standardised outcome data and a supportive international community.

Our Mission

What We Aim to Achieve

GO SOAR works to improve surgical outcomes through collaborative research, addressing the unique challenges of both high-income and low-middle income countries.

Set the Research Agenda

Prioritise research questions in gynaecological oncology through collaborative consensus-building.

High Quality Data

Gather standardised data via a centralised database accessible to all institutions performing gynaecological oncology surgery.

International Collaboration

Build sustainable research networks producing protocols and guidelines applicable across different healthcare settings.

Train Future Leaders

Develop the next generation of researchers and clinical leaders in gynaecological oncology.

About GO SOAR

Founded to Address Global Disparities

Gynaecological cancers account for the second greatest disease burden amongst cancers affecting women. Despite this, only ~25% of patients have access to safe, affordable, and timely surgery.

GO SOAR was founded in January 2021 to develop a global network ensuring equal representation of both high-income and low-middle income countries, with the ability to collaborate on outcome studies and inform policy formation.
